Smothered Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 pork chops (1/2-inch thick)
    1 packet Shake 'n Bake original coating mix
    2 large onions, thickly sliced
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 (12 oz.) jar pork gravy
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Coat chops with mix as directed on package.
    In 13 x 9 pan, place single layer.
    Toss onions with oil; place over chops.
    Bake 30 minutes or until cooked through. Pour gravy over chops; cover.
    Bake another 15 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
