Dianne'S Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    4 c. pecans
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Add sugar and pecans.
    Mix to coat pecans.
    Melt the butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan and add pecan mixture.
    Bake at 300 to 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Stir every 15 minutes not to let the pecans get too brown.
    Remove from pan and place on foil to cool.
