Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. grated carrots
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 1/4 c. oil
    2 c. flour
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix oil and sugar well.
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Mix half of flour mixture with the sugar and oil mixture, then add the other half of flour mixture with 1 egg at a time.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
