Pineapple Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/3 c. margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Sift flour.
    Add baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Blend in sugar, oil and eggs.
    Mix well.
    Fold in carrots, pineapple and nuts.
    Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch or 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
