Dolly'S Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    2 c. shortening
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg
Preparation
    Crumble flour, shortening, sugar and salt together.
    Add water, vinegar and egg.
    Roll out and shape as desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Makes enough crust for 2 double crust pies.
