Orange Cream Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can peach slices, drained
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections, drained
    3 medium bananas, sliced
    2 medium apples, cored and chopped
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) vanilla instant pudding mix
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
    3/4 c. dairy sour cream
    lettuce cups
Preparation
    In a large bowl combine first five ingredients and set aside. In a small bowl combine dry pudding mix, milk and orange juice. Beat with rotary beater 1 to 2 minutes to blend well.
    Beat in sour cream.
    Fold into fruit mixture.
    Cover and refrigerate several hours.
    Serve on lettuce cups.
    Serves 10.
