Skillet Dinner For 2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pork chops (1/4-inch thick)
    2 medium sweet potatoes
    2 apples (red or yellow)
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    dash of cinnamon
    dash of salt
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    In a heavy skillet, brown pork chops on both sides; sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
    Peel sweet potatoes; slice thin. Add margarine and melt.
    Add sweet potatoes, turning once.
    Cook until nearly done.
    Peel and slice apples in eighths.
    Set pork chops aside.
    Add apples, brown sugar and salt over apples and potatoes.
    Cover skillet and cook on low until tender.
