Caesar'S Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head romaine lettuce
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    5 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    dash of freshly ground black pepper
    1 egg yolk
    3/4 c. seasoned croutons
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Wash lettuce and tear into large pieces.
    In salad bowl, combine lemon juice, oil, mustard and pepper.
    Add egg yolk* and mix well.
    Add lettuce, croutons and Parmesan cheese and toss lightly.
    Sprinkle each serving with additional cheese.
