Tarasawa'S Chow Fun - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. boneless pork, cut into bite size pieces
1 1/2 lb. bean sprouts
2 medium onions, grated
6 green leaf onions, cut into 1/4-inch slices
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. oyster sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. ginger root, minced
1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
1 pkg. egg noodles
Preparation

Brown pork and drain excess fat.
Add water chestnuts, garlic, ginger root and oyster sauce. Cook on low heat 20 minutes. Prepare egg noodles according to package directions. While egg noodles are cooking, add onions and bean sprouts to pork and let cook over low heat for 10 minutes, covered. Add egg noodles and soy sauce to pork mixture and toss. Serves 8.
