Lime Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
    1 c. boiling water
    1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drain and reserve juice
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 tsp. horseradish (optional)
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water.
    Add juice from pineapple. Chill until slightly thickened.
    Beat until frothy and fold in pineapple, cottage cheese and remaining ingredients.
    Place in any size pan or jello mold of your choice.
    Chill until firm.
