Fried Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. sweet potatoes, peeled and cut lengthwise into 1/2-inch thick slices
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    4 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Rinse potatoes in water; do not pat dry.
    Turn slices in sugar to coat both sides.
    Repeat.
    Coat each with flour.
    Cook half of potatoes in 2 tablespoons butter over medium-low heat for 10 minutes each side.
    Remove and keep warm in 300\u00b0 oven.
    Wipe out skillet and repeat procedure with rest of potatoes.
