Peppered Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak
1 Tbsp. paprika
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 c. beef broth
1 c. green onions, sliced
2 green peppers, cut into slices
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water
2 large tomatoes, diced
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 c. cooked rice
Preparation

Cut steak into strips; sprinkle with paprika.
Fry steak and garlic in butter until brown.
Add peppers and onions; cook until soft.
Add tomatoes and broth; cover and simmer for about 15 minutes.
Blend water, cornstarch and soy sauce; stir into steak. Cook until thickened.
Serve over rice.
