White Christmas Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chocolate crumb crust
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. milk
1 (6 oz.) bar white chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. whipping cream
2 tsp. powdered sugar
1 (10 oz.) pkg. raspberries
Preparation

Combine sugar and cornstarch.
Stir in milk.
Continue stirring until boiling.
Boil 1 minute.
Add white baking chocolate and vanilla, stirring until chocolate is melted.
Pour into bowl and cool.
Whip the cream.
Add powdered sugar.
Fold into chocolate mixture.
Pour into crust and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
