Mexi Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic
1 (14 oz.) can whole crushed tomatoes
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles
1 (2.2 oz.) can sliced black olives
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. crushed tortilla chips
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Combine first three ingredients. Cook until tender and brown. Combine next seven ingredients.
Simmer on top of meat mixture for ten minutes.
Put half in a 2-quart casserole dish.
Layer 1/2 of the tortilla chips, then cheese.
Repeat.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
