Mom Schroeder'S Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pumpkin (29 oz.)
    6 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 level tsp. ground cloves
    1 heaping tsp. nutmeg
    1 level tsp. ginger
    2 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Combine eggs and milk.
    Combine sugar, salt and spices.
    Blend egg mixture into pumpkin; mix well.
    Blend in sugar mixture.
    Mix well.
    Pour into two pastry shells.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 to 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 and bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Pies are done when knife inserted in center comes out clean.
