Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cauliflower flowerets
    1 c. sliced celery
    1/3 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans, drained
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    spinach leaves
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine the cauliflower, garbanzo beans, celery and chopped onion.
    In small bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese and sugar.
    Mix well.
    Pour over cauliflower mixture and toss gently.
    Cover and chill 3 to 24 hours.
