Turkey Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked spaghetti
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped fine
    2 Tbsp. onions, chopped fine
    3 lb. diced turkey
    12 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 small jar sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Mix soups, milk, green pepper, onion and turkey in large saucepan.
    Bring to a boil.
    Stir in cooked spaghetti and cheese (saving some cheese for the top).
    Let simmer 20 to 30 minutes. Add mushrooms and stir well. Portion in casserole or serving dish; top with remaining cheese.
    Cover and keep warm until serving time.
    Great with leftover turkey.
