Apricot-Coconut Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. dried apricots, ground (1 box)
    2 c. shredded coconut (7 oz. bag)
    2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients.
    Roll into balls the size of a small walnut.
    Roll in confectioners sugar and let stand in refrigerator for at least 24 hours.
    Yields 4 dozen.
