Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie crust
    2 eggs
    2 c. pumpkin (1 can)
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1 2/3 c. evaporated milk or light cream
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Prepare pie shell.
    Beat eggs lightly with rotary beater.
    Beat in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into pie shell.
    (Place on cookie sheet to prevent spills.)
    Bake 15 minutes.
    Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0.
    Bake 45 minutes longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool.
    Serve with whip cream, if desired.
