Hummus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chickpeas, rinsed
1/4 c. tahini
1/4 c. water
2 lemons, juiced
2 cloves garlic
salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper
2 Tbsp. pine nuts, toasted (optional)
parsley for garnish
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except pine nuts and parsley, in food processor.
Serve as a dip for raw vegetables or pita bread. Garnish with parsley and toasted pine nuts.
Serves 8 to 12.
