Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. pecans
    1 egg white, slightly whipped
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Add nuts to slightly whipped egg white.
    Stir until nuts are well coated.
    If necessary, add 1/2 to 1 teaspoon water.
    Mix sugar, cinnamon and salt.
    Pour over nuts and mix.
    Spread on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Stir occasionally. Will stick a little.
    Cool a minute.
    Scrape off onto wax paper.
