Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. light brown sugar, packed
    1/2 c. white corn syrup
    2 sticks margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
    6 qts. popped corn
Preparation
    Mix sugar, margarine, and syrup in heavy saucepan.
    Bring to boil and cook 5 minutes.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Pour over popcorn immediately and mix lightly, but thoroughly.
    Place in large roaster and bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour.
    Pour on waxed paper and separate grains.
