Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c.uncooked rice
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. water plus 1 Tbsp.
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 can tomato soup
    3/4 tsp. chili powder
    1 soup can water (scant)
Preparation
    Combine meat, rice, onion, 1/3 cup water, salt and pepper. Shape into 22 (1-inch) meatballs.
    Blend soup and chili powder, stir in water and bring to boil.
    Add meatballs, cover and simmer gently 1 hour, stirring now and then.
    Makes 7 servings.
