Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 large egg
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
3 c. cooked rice
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
-
Cook onion and pepper in oil until soft, not browned. Add garlic powder and rice.
Heat thoroughly. Beat egg with fork.
Add to mixture with soy sauce.
Cook, stirring, until hot and the eggs are firm. Serves 4 to 6.
