Vegetable Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 broccoli flowerets
    1 green pepper
    1 small head cauliflower
    2 small squash
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 small onion
    8 large mushrooms
    3 stalks celery
    3 carrots
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    Slice mushrooms, chop pepper, celery, carrots and squash. Separate cauliflower.
    Combine first seven ingredients. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables.
    Chill 3 hours or more.
    Serves 12.
