Baked Carrots And Apples - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 medium carrots
1 (20 oz.) can apples
1/2 c. sugar
margarine
paprika
Preparation

Pare the carrots and cut.
Cook carrots in salted water until tender and crisp; drain.
Place in a 10-inch glass pie plate or long, square casserole dish.
Put apples, just as they come from the can, over the carrots and mix together.
Sprinkle sugar over all and dot with butter.
Sprinkle lightly with paprika.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Good with all baked meats.
