Spaghetti Sauce(To Can) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bushel tomatoes
    3 lb. onions
    4 green peppers
    1 garlic bud
    1 pt. oil (your choice; I use olive oil)
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. salt
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. basil
    5 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste
Preparation
    Peel tomatoes and cut up.
    Cook down.
    Can leave chunky or strain juice (2 to 2 1/2 gallons).
    Chop other ingredients and cook with tomato juice for 1 1/2 hours.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook 45 minutes.
    Put in jars in a boiling water bath just until boiling.
