Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, cooked and deboned
4 to 6 medium potatoes, diced and cooked
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can Veg-All
1/2 c. milk
2 c. biscuit mix
3/4 c. milk
Preparation

Mix chicken, potatoes, soup, Veg-All and 1/2 cup milk in large greased casserole. Bake at 400\u00b0 until bubbly.
Mix biscuit mix with 3/4 cup milk.
Beat with fork until well blended.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls on top of bubbly chicken mixture.
Bake covered 15 minutes.
Bake uncovered another 15 minutes until golden brown.
