Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar less 2 Tbsp.
    3 eggs, beaten slightly
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1 stick margarine
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly.
    Add sugar, mixing well.
    Add buttermilk, melted margarine, lemon extract, vanilla and salt.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
