Mexican Rellenos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    4 (8 oz.) cans green chilies
    2 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Grate cheeses and chop chilies.
    Layer a 9 x 13-inch pan starting with cheeses, then chilies, then cheeses, etc.
    Then beat eggs, milk and flour and pour over cheese and chilies layers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45-50 minutes.
    Let set for a few minutes before serving.
