Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. squash
    3/4 stick butter
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. cheese, shredded
    2 c. cracker crumbs
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. onion
    1 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Boil squash and onion until tender; then drain and mash cooked squash.
    Add other ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into greased 1-quart casserole dish and bake at 375\u00b0 for about 40 minutes. Yields 6 servings.
