Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns or 2 lb. potatoes, sliced thin
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 pt. sour cream (8 oz. carton)
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 stick margarine
    1/4 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Melt margarine, then saute onion until clear.
    Grate cheese and mix everything together except potatoes.
    When ready to bake, add potatoes and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve while warm.
