Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    6 slices bread
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
    5 eggs
    2 c. half and half milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Brown sausage and set aside.
    Butter bread and cube.
    Put bread cubes in bottom of pan.
    Put drained sausage on bread cubes. Sprinkle cheese on sausage.
    Beat eggs; add milk, salt and mustard.
    Pour over sausage and bread cubes.
    Chill overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
    Serves 6.
