Oven Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2 lb. potatoes
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1/4 c. salad oil or olive oil
Preparation
- 
                            Cut up potatoes into bite-size pieces.
Can either leave skin on or peel.
I like to use red-skinned potatoes.
In plastic bag put all ingredients and shake until potatoes are well coated. Cover and bake in 350\u00b0 oven until done, approximately 45 minutes. Stir midway.
