Mexican Steak With Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 beef round steaks
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. beef broth
    1 onion, sliced
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    3 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Trim fat from steaks. Combine chili powder, cumin, sugar, salt and pepper.
    Pound into both sides of steaks.
    Place in warm frypan
    and brown on both sides. Add 1/4 cup beef broth, onion and garlic.
    Cook until tender. Add remaining broth and beans. Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat. Stir in sour cream. Serve with rice.
