Broiled Open-Faced Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. Tyson fully cooked chicken meat, thawed
    1 small tomato, peeled, seeded and chopped
    1 (2 oz.) can chopped mushrooms, drained
    1/4 c. dairy sour cream
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1/8 tsp. dried tarragon, crushed
    2 English muffin halves
Preparation
    Combine chicken, tomato, mushrooms, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, green pepper, onion powder and tarragon. Spread half of the mixture on one side of each muffin.
    Place muffin, spread side up, on rack of unheated broiler pan.
    Broil for 5 to 7 minutes, or until spread is bubbly.
