Cap'N Bob'S Salmon Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10-oz. each) salmon steaks
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
    1/8 c. lemon juice
    Pinch of ground cloves
Preparation
    Whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, dill weed lemon juice and clove to make a sauce; brush over salmon steaks.
    Place on broiler pan and broil steaks on both sides until lightly browned and fish flakes easily.
    Do not overcook.
