Squash Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 small yellow squash
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
    milk
Preparation
    Prepare cornbread as directed on package.
    Peel squash and slice into 1/4 inch slices.
    Boil until tender.
    Saute onion, celery and bell pepper in butter until tender-crisp.
    Crumble cornbread in pan.
    Add cream of chicken soup, sauteed vegetables and squash.
    Add milk until desired consistency.
    Pour into baking dish and bake in 350\u00b0 oven 25 to 30 minutes.
