Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can creamed corn
1 c. sour cream
1 egg
1 Jiffy cornmeal muffin mix
1/2 stick oleo, melted (optional)
Preparation

Mix together in casserole dish, 3-quart size.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
