Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oleo or margarine
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. sifted flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Melt oleo in boiling water.
    Add flour and salt all at once. Stir vigorously. Cook and stir until mixture forms a ball that doesn't separate.
    Remove from heat. Cool slightly.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each until smooth.
    Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls 3-inches apart on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown and puffy (about 30 minutes).
    Remove from oven and split.
    Cool on rack.
    Fill inside with pudding.
    Place top on it and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    Makes 10.
