New England Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken, cut
    3/4 c. flour
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. shortening
Preparation
    Mix ingredients
    and
    dip chicken.
    Cover sour cream on both sides of chicken
    and bake in covered dish at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
