Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 pkg. fresh spinach
    5 bacon strips
    2 hard-boiled eggs
Preparation
    Combine first 9 ingredients in jar. Cover tightly. Shake until well mixed. Set aside.
    Tear spinach to bite size pieces and place in a large salad bowl.
    Just before serving, pour dressing over spinach and toss. Garnish with crumbled bacon and egg slices.
