Escalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. melted butter
    4 slices white bread, trimmed and cubed
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Mix and toss butter and bread cubes.
    Mix eggs, sugar and flour.
    Add pineapple and mix all well.
    Put liquid in buttered 2-quart casserole.
    Press cubes into it.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Make ahead and refrigerate.
    Reheat at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Wonderful served with ham.
    Perfect for a \"take along\".
    It surprises everyone!
