Smothered Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. sage
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1 egg
    2/3 c. water
    1 can condensed mushroom soup
Preparation
    Mix together all but water and soup.
    Form into balls and fry until brown.
    Pour the condensed mushroom soup in pan.
    Add water. Add meatballs; simmer for 30 minutes.
    Serve with rice or noodles.
