Jello Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. white cake mix
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. jello (any flavor)
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 container Cool Whip
Preparation
    Prepare cake as directed on package.
    Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Cool in pan for 15 minutes, then poke with fork at 1/2-inch intervals.
    Dissolve jello in boiling water.
    Add cold water and spoon over cake. Chill for 3 to 4 hours.
    Top with thawed Cool Whip.
