Breakfast Raisin Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. brown sugar substitute
1 egg
6 oz. quick oatmeal or 3 oz. oatmeal and 3 oz. Fruit and Fibre
1 1/3 c. dry milk powder
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. honey
1 c. unsweetened applesauce
3/4 c. raisins (golden raisins are sweeter)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except raisins.
Fold raisins in last. Pour into loaf pan or square pan that has been sprayed.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown, 25 to 30 minutes.
Cut into 8 equal bars.
Each bar counts as 1 bread, 1 fruit, 1/2 milk and 10 calories.
