Cheesy Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large bag California Blend frozen vegetables
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2/3 lb. processed cheese, cubed
1/2 c. onion/garlic flavor croutons
Preparation

Cook vegetables 2 minutes and drain well.
Blend soup and cheese and heat on low until melted.
Add vegetables and half of croutons.
Pour into casserole dish.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. Cover with the other 1/2 of the croutons the last 10 minutes of baking.
Serves 6 to 8.
