Fresh Orange Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. grated orange rind
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. rich milk
    6 tsp. orange juice
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Cook like any other fudge.
    When cooked to soft ball stage, remove and set aside until cool.
    Add nuts; beat until creamy. Pour into buttered pans.
