Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced, fresh apples
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. nuts
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix the apples and sugar thoroughly.
    Add the oil, nuts, egg and vanilla.
    Mix the remaining ingredients and add to the first mixture.
    Put in Pammed 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until it shrinks from edges of pan and is brown. If you bake in a Pyrex pan, lower temperature 20\u00b0.
    This recipe can be doubled.
