Steak Kebabs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. ground ginger
    1 clove crushed garlic
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
    12 oz. boneless sirloin, trimmed and cut into 1-inch cubes
    8 cherry tomatoes
    4 large mushrooms, cut in half
    1 green pepper, cored, seeded and cut into 8 squares
Preparation
    In a shallow glass dish, combine soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, lemon peel and red pepper.
    Mix well.
    Add beef; stir to coat.
    Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours. Preheat broiler.
    Remove beef from marinade and discard marinade. Using 4 (10-inch) metal skewers, alternately thread beef, tomato, mushrooms and pepper.
    Place on broiler pan.
    Broil 2-inches from heat, turning 2 or 3 times, until meat is medium-rare and vegetables are lightly brown, about 10 minutes.
    Makes 4 kebabs.
